Caroline Stearman

Caroline is a highly experienced organisation development consultant. She spent 7 years as a Senior Consultant at Roffey Park Institute. And before consultancy she worked as an internal L&D and OD consultant across different sectors including the oil industry, international relief and development, human rights and the public sector. Her consultancy clients are reflective of this experience in a range of sectors – NHS, higher education, financial services, retail, civil service and third sector.

Caroline’s work ranges from consultancy support for specific organisational development projects to team coaching, individual coaching, design and delivery of leadership development programmes and team development.

She works with senior teams in a number of ways: Executive Team and Board coaching, facilitation of strategic planning processes and organisational reviews. She has expertise in facilitating processes such as action learning, appreciative inquiry, observation and feedback, group dynamics. 

In addition to working with intact teams and groups, she has extensive experience of designing leadership development programmes, and professional practice development programmes for HR and OD practitioners. 

Caroline is a trained coach, holding a coaching diploma from the Newfield Network, an ICF accredited coach training body. She holds a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching from the Association of Executive Coaches, and a Certificate in the Fundamentals of Systemic Coaching and Constellations. She is a qualified MBTI and Firo B practitioner and accredited with the Hogan suite of instruments. Caroline holds an MA in Theology from Cambridge University, and an MSc in People and Organisation Development from the University of Sussex.
