Our coaches provide 1:1 and team coaching. Our coaching approach is shaped to your/the team's particular goals (whilst accepting that these goals may shift or re-focus as a result of the work you do in coaching). However, our general approach consists of three interlocking phases:

  1. Discovery: an exploration of your goals, values, preferences and strengths 
  2. Exploration: development and evaluation of options + the automatic sense-making process
  3. Actions and review: iterative action planning and reflection

Note: Our coaches are trained in the use of a variety of personality profiles (including: FIRO B, Hogan Development Survey, MBTI, MBTI step II, etc) and - where appropriate - may recommend that one of these instruments and/or 360-feedback be incorporated into the coaching work with individuals/ team. We will charge all personality profiles to you at cost (£).
